In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "jjli," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the jjli platform and its operating entity, which owns and operates the website accessible at https://jjli.net and all associated sub-domains, mobile applications, and services.
• "Platform" means the jjli website, mobile application, software, games, tools, and all services made available through https://jjli.net.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the jjli Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by an individual upon completing the jjli registration process.
• "Real Money Play" means any wagering activity conducted using Philippine Peso (PHP) funds deposited into a jjli Account.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or equivalent incentives credited to an Account by jjli as part of a promotion or offer.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by jjli before processing withdrawal requests or upon reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body governing gaming activities in the Philippines.

By accessing the jjli Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jjli.

These Terms are to be read in conjunction with jjli's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

jjli reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on the Platform with the updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Where changes are material, jjli will endeavour to notify registered users via the email address associated with their Account.

To register and maintain a jjli Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations governing real-money online gaming in the Philippines.
2. You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
3. You must be physically located within a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful and not restricted at the time of play.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of jjli or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
5. You must not have been previously excluded, self-excluded, or banned from the jjli Platform or any affiliated platform.
6. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and maintain such accuracy throughout the duration of your Account.

jjli reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS card, PRC ID, or voter's ID). Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active jjli Account. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password at all times.
• Ensuring your account credentials are not shared with or disclosed to any third party.
• All activity conducted through your Account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you.
• Notifying jjli immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

jjli will never request your password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to be from jjli asking for your password should be reported immediately and treated as fraudulent.

jjli accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. Selling, transferring, or assigning your Account to any other person is prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the Account and forfeiture of all associated balances.

jjli accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP) via a range of local payment methods including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits:

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day, as displayed in the Cashier section of your Account.
• jjli does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Deposits are credited to your jjli wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your jjli Account.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply as displayed in the Cashier section.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals typically process within minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take one to three banking days.
• jjli reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal pending fraud investigation, KYC review, or bonus abuse assessment.
• Any funds deposited but not wagered at least once may be subject to a processing fee at jjli's discretion to cover payment provider costs.

jjli offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits from bonus winnings.

General bonus conditions applicable to all jjli promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 and above who are residents of the Philippines.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per person, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be made.
• jjli reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to void bonus funds and associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse.
• Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: placing opposing bets to minimise risk while completing wagering requirements, using bots or automated betting software, collusion with other players, and exploiting errors or loopholes in promotional mechanics.
• Where a bonus is credited in error, jjli reserves the right to reclaim the bonus funds regardless of whether any wagers have been placed using those funds.

All games available on the jjli Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game's interface. By participating in any game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

• All slot games, live dealer games, and RNG-based specialty games on the jjli Platform use certified random number generation systems that have been independently tested for fairness and statistical randomness.
• jjli publishes return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles. These percentages reflect theoretical long-run averages and are not guarantees of individual session outcomes.
• In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a game, jjli's system will resolve the round based on the game state at the time of the interruption. Disputed outcomes may be reviewed by jjli's technical team upon request.
• jjli reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a software error, feed failure, or display error has materially affected the outcome of a game. In such cases, the relevant stake will be returned to the player's wallet.
• Wagers placed cannot be cancelled or reversed once confirmed by the system, except where explicitly permitted by the specific game's rules (e.g., pre-game sports bets before an event's kick-off in certain circumstances).

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jjli Platform. Violation of any of the prohibitions below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the Platform without human oversight.
• Colluding with other players, live dealers, or jjli staff in any way that confers an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the Platform for any financial crime.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your Account.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature.
• Providing false personal information during registration or KYC, including misrepresenting your age or identity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal, using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jjli staff, other players, or third-party service providers in any communication channel.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from the jjli Platform without express written authorisation.

All content on the jjli Platform — including but not limited to the jjli brand name, logo, game graphics, software code, user interface design, marketing materials, written content, and audiovisual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of jjli or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any part of the Platform's content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in connection with the Platform.
• Create derivative works based on jjli's proprietary content.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices displayed on the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of jjli's intellectual property may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability under Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jjli hereby excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services due to technical failures, maintenance, government orders, or force majeure events.
• The actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, game content suppliers, or telecommunications providers.
• Any loss resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• The outcome of any wager or gaming session, including outcomes affected by technical issues beyond jjli's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits jjli's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory provisions of Philippine law.

The jjli Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. jjli does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

jjli is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players on the Platform. We recognise that gambling, while a legitimate form of entertainment for most, can become problematic for some individuals.

jjli provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible at any time from your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your jjli Account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing continuously for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and exclude yourself from the jjli Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for the minimum exclusion period selected.

jjli strictly enforces its 21+ age policy and conducts age verification checks on all accounts. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately, all wagers voided, and all balances forfeited in accordance with applicable PAGCOR regulations.

jjli reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request.
• Discovery that the Account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• Prolonged inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. Dormant account balances may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee as disclosed in the Cashier section.

Upon termination of an Account for reasons other than breach, fraud, or regulatory requirement, any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Account holder via the original deposit method or an agreed alternative, subject to completion of KYC and applicable processing times.

You may close your jjli Account at any time by contacting [email protected] with a written request. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jjli Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting jjli's customer support team at [email protected]. jjli will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules of Philippine arbitration law. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, in the city of Manila, Philippines.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

jjli reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be accessible at https://jjli.net/terms-conditions, and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

For amendments that materially affect your rights or obligations as a jjli user, jjli will provide at least fourteen (14) days' prior notice by email to the address associated with your registered Account. Your continued use of the jjli Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account before the amendment's effective date. Requests to close an Account on the basis of a Terms amendment will be processed on a priority basis.
